Federal/State Basic Payroll Tax Seminar (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Topics discussed include determining independent contractor versus employee, withholding taxes, deposits and completing the proper forms. Branding (9:30 AM – 12:00 PM) - $45. Everyone talks about branding but what is it really and what are the necessary ingredients to create a successful brand.
