Knowing how to manage money is a vital part of running a successful small business.  The good news is that we can provide you with the tools every business owner needs.  Join the SBA, SCORE, Focus CFO, and ECDI for this Money Management series. It is a weekly virtual financial literacy course for small businesses. Each week you will learn about different financial fundamentals, including operating costs, pricing, cash flow, access to capital, the importance of lender relations, succession planning and tax season preparation.  The sessions run for 6 weeks, with each module presented every Wednesday from 12:00pm – 1:30pm ET.
