Director’s Corner

NFDO District Director J. Malcolm Richards

The holiday season is upon us! For the last 12 years, the SBA has partnered with American Express to celebrate Small Business Saturday. On this day we shop and dine small to support our local businesses. This year we estimate this one day created over $23B of nationwide impact for small businesses. I encourage everyone to continue to #shopsmall and #dinesmall all year. Let’s continue to help our local businesses thrive. They are depending on us. The SBA and our resource partners are here to help them start, grow, and continue to recover from the pandemic.
