Program overview
T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined is a free program that provides CEOs and small business executives with practical skills, coaching, and actionable trainings that participants can immediately implement in their
business.
The program, which will run from July 5 to December 15, offers a hybrid of in-person, peer-to-peer CEO Mastermind Groups, live business coaching, virtual and in-person mentoring, and a customized e-learning curriculum through an interactive online platform.

As a participating business leader, you’ll gain a well-rounded experience of expert-led classes, access to a national network of business owners, a local business coach, and a comprehensive,
Individualized Growth Plan you’ll complete to map out the next three years for your business—all designed to help you learn the necessary skills to elevate your leadership and scale your business.
Three-year growth plan
The individualized Strategic Growth Plan is designed to help map out your business growth and leadership goals. Your homework begins with an assignment to identify and set strategic goals in your growth plan, which you will work through and complete with the
support of your coach, trainers, and CEO Mastermind Group peers throughout the course of the program.
Qualifications
The T.H.R.I.V.E. program is open to small business owners and C-level executives from
Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands that:

Have annual revenues of at least $250,000

Have been in business for at least three years
-
Have at least one employee, other than self
-
Can commit to completing the full program which includes training, submitting assignments, participating during sessions, and reaching out for help

Are coachable, ready to be challenged and supported, and willing to put in the necessary work to accelerate growth

en el desarrollo de pequeñas empresas. El programa permite a los participantes trabajar con
una red de expertos en la materia con experiencia en temas comerciales centrales. El nuevo
formato también promueve un ecosistema de conexiones comerciales entre pares comerciales, líderes gubernamentales y la comunidad financiera.
The application period is now open for T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined, a free executive-level training series intended to give ambitious small business leaders a challenging opportunity to accelerate their growth through targeted training led by motivating
leaders in small business development. The program allows participants to work with a network of experienced subject matter experts in core business topics. The new format also promotes an eco-system of business connections among business peers, government
leaders, and the financial community.
