Join the SBA and PTAC for a workshop that will guide you through the eligibility and application requirements for SBA’s Certificate of Competency (COC)  Program.  

A COC is the certificate issued by the Small Business Administration (SBA) stating that the holder is responsible (with respect to all elements of responsibility, including, but not limited to, capability, competency, capacity, credit, integrity, perseverance, tenacity, and limitations on subcontracting) for the purpose of receiving and performing a specific Government contract.

This introduction to the COC program includes:

  • Who is eligible and how to apply.
  • Under what circumstance would a COC be requested and by whom.
  • Other requirements and timetables.
