T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined is an intensive executive-level training program designed to accelerate the growth of high potential Youngstown, Ohio-area small businesses.
Developed by the U.S. Small Business Administration, T.H.R.I.V.E.
helps business owners become more effective leaders, learn how to acquire financing, scale their revenue, and leverage networking with other entrepreneurs.
Through the program, participants develop a three-year Strategic Growth Plan that provides a roadmap for achieving their company’s unique goals.
DO I QUALIFY TO PARTICIPATE?
The T.H.R.I.V.E. program is open to Youngstown-area small business owners and C-level executives that have annual revenues of at least $250,000, have been in business for at least three years, and have at least one employee, other than self.
This program is
not for start-ups or for people who are thinking of beginning a business.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
2022 cohorts run from July 5 through December 16, 2022. Training includes 33 hours of core online learning and 11 in-person live sessions at Youngstown State University over six months. Anticipate 100 total hours of combined learning, homework, and coaching/mentoring
time.
