Grow a More Profitable, Efficient, and Competitive Business.  Apply for the South Dakota T.H.R.I.V.E. Cohort which will be held in Rapid City.

SBA’s Executive Level Training Series is now called T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined – SBA has teamed with Isom Global Strategies on this initiative.

The program is now accepting applications for South Dakota.  T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined is a 6-month (free) intensive training program that helps small business owners get unstuck and take their business to the next level.

Accelerate your leadership skills, learn from an MBA-level curriculum, receive tailored business coaching, and build relationships with a community of business owners, advisors, and experts.

The program has been reimagined this year and removes the one-size-fits-all model in exchange for engagement, problem-solving, and peer-to-peer interaction within the cohorts.  In addition, the new format promotes an ecosystem of business connections among business peers, government leaders, and the financial community. As a result, T.H.R.I.V.E., Emerging Leaders Reimagined helps build sustainable and scalable businesses that promote economic development within their communities.

This year’s training will run from early July until mid-December.  Applications are accepted through May 31, 2022.

At the end of 2021, small businesses with 10-49 employees had over 3 million job openings, more than any other size group. For more, read Small Business Facts: Small Business Hiring Needs.
