WomenVenture is the 2022 Minnesota Women’s Business Center of the Year
The metro area non-profit was chosen for its excellence and innovation in training, counseling culturally and economically diverse women entrepreneurs, and serving as a community champion for women-owned small businesses.

Northwest Regional SBDC is SBA’s Minnesota 2022 Small Business Development Center of Excellence
Hosted by Northwest Minnesota Foundation, the Northwest Regional SBDC provides one-on-one, confidential consulting to business start-ups and existing businesses focusing on feasibility studies, market research, surveys, business plan development, loan packaging,
operational assistance, and more throughout the 12-county Northwest region.
In FY2021, it assisted 811 small businesses and entrepreneurs, helping them access over $17 million in capital and supporting nearly 1,600 jobs. Read the full release
