USDA Rural Development Rural Utilities Service is providing two (three-day) workshops for those interested in applying for
ReConnect Program funding. The ReConnect Program offers loans, grants, and loan/grant combinations to facilitate broadband deployment in areas of rural America without sufficient access to broadband.
