46 Counties in 46 Days 

The South Carolina District Office is launching a “46 Counties in 46 Days” initiative in February and March. The goal is increase awareness of the resources available to small businesses across the state, with an increased focus on rural areas. At least one outreach event will be held in each county in the state. Each event will include resources on business start-up, lending, contracting and disaster preparedness.

2022 Small Business Opportunity Expo

The purpose of this event is for organizations and municipal partners to show-case their services, contractual needs, and upcoming opportunities to small businesses. The event features 30+ exhibitors! Presentations on procurement, contracting, and lending opportunities. Mayor’s Small Biz Roundtable and Small Business Workshops.

MARCH 28-30: SBA 2022 Women’s Business Summit

In honor of Women’s History Month, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will hold its 2022 Women’s Business Summit on March 28-30, 2022. The summit will consist of virtual panels, “Ask an Expert” workshops, and fireside chats to help women-owned small businesses build, scale, and grow. In-person salon/listening sessions will also be held by local and regional hosts. The event will be held in co-sponsorship with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center.
