SBA is currently seeking nominations from the public for exceptional entrepreneurs in the following categories:

Small Business Person of the Year – Pg. 3 of guide
SBA Form 3301, Small Business Person of the Year
Small Business Exporter of the Year – Pg. 6 of guide
SBA Form 3302, Small Business Exporter of the Year
8(a) Graduate of the Year – Pg. 20 of guide
SBA Form 2209, 8(a) Graduate of the Year

All nominees are required to complete SBA Background Form 3300.
For “team” nominations, a background form is required for each team member.

Self nominations are encouraged and accepted.

Awards for Small Business Person of the Year, Exporter of the Year, and 8(a) graduate of the Year will be forwarded for National competition.
