Applicants
CANNOT submit a new application for any COVID EIDL programs (COVID EIDL, Targeted Advance, Supplemental Targeted Advance) after December 31, 2021.
After December 31, 2021, SBA will still accept:

Applications for a loan modification (increase). If an applicant already received a COVID EIDL loan, the applicant can still submit a request for an increase up to the amount for which they are eligible up two years from the point of loan origination,
or until funds are exhausted.

Requests for reconsideration if the loan was declined and the applicant can site information that would help overcome the declination reason.

Requests for an appeal if the reconsideration of the loan was declined.
