Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intend to solicit Contractors that could provide epoxy coating of Chiller Condensers Systems at the Viera VA Healthcare Center. Based on Industry responses received from sources sought notice number 36C24825Q0356, the Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offeror shall be certified as a SDVOSB concern by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to compete for this set-aside requirement.
