Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to replace existing HVAC units at Building 7 and 97 at USCG Base Elizabeth City. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 and size standard of $19,000,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.
