DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Facilities and Construction Management (CFM), has a requirement for Project Number 653-104, Seismic Retrofit of Building 13, Roseburg VAMC, Oregon. The project is in Building 13 which houses warehouse and FMS maintenance shops on the Roseburg VAMC campus.
