AMENDMENT-DESCRIPTION

The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0004 is to provide the following updates and information:

A.The solicitation proposal submission deadline is extended to 06/24/2026 at 14:00 P.D.T.

B. This date constitutes the final deadline for submission. No additional extensions will be granted.

C. Proposals must be emailed to christopher.whipple@va.gov.

D. All other terms and conditions for this solicitation remain unchanged and are in full force and effect.

The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0003 is to provide the following updates and information:

• VA responses to all submitted Requests For Information (RFI) questions are provided in the attachment titled "Attachment RFI Q-A VA Response 06-11-2026.”
• The project Statement of Work (SOW) has been revised. The current and applicable version is provided as "Attachment SOW 05-26-2026". All updated SOW content is identified by highlighted text.
• The applicable Wage Determination has been updated to Wage Determination No. NV20260038 05-18-2026. Offerors must reference the attachment titled "Attachment Wage Determination NV20260038 05-18-2026.”

This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. Offeror shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, profit to renovate education building training hub at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare in accordance with SOW, specifications, and drawings.
