1.Hazmat survey - Question #8 & #10 requested a copy of the HAZmat Surveys and the response was that an "ACM report was provided in the Bid Documents", however no ACM report was included with the bid documents. Please provide.  The ACM report by dated November 23, 2020, should have been included right after Section 02 83 33.13 in the specification book. IT is attached herein as a separate file. 2.Asbestos containment Question #31 - The answer stated that "halls must be in operational state the next day".  Please clarify ....
