The White River Junction VA Healthcare System (VA) requires construction renovation services for three small facility improvements. There are three separate work items. These items are described in detail in the attached Small Facility Improvement Plans. These items include: 1. Task 1: Installing a wider door in Building 31, 2. Task 2: Installing a new cementitious urethane flooring system in Building 1, (bathroom) room 104A. The bathroom floor is approximately 26.4sf.
