This project consists of a complete renovation of the existing Historic Building 4 for administrative space and offices along with necessary support and utility requirements. This is designated as Mission Critical and must comply with VA Physical Security and Resiliency Design Manual (PSRDM) requirements for Mission Critical structures as incorporated in this design and the specifications.  The project provides an addition for an elevator with access to all levels, and addresses life safety egress issues with the addition of code-compliant stairwells.
