The requirement is to Design and Build to Expand the Distributed Antenna System, Project 629-18-114, for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, New Orleans, LA 70119. RFP# 36C25624R0010 The Design/Build (DB) contract shall produce architectural plans and specifications for VA approval prior to proceeding to construction.
