PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Hines, IL 60141, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for construction. The VA intends to award an IDIQ contract for network cable installation and related activities with task orders ranging in value from $2,000 to $150,000.
