Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to upgrade the restrooms in Building 185 1st Floor North. This work shall include demolition of walls, floors, and in-wall plumbing piping. This work also includes but is not limited to installing, re-installing, or replacing the bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures and nurse call devices in accordance with Mental Health Codes and Anti-Ligature Requirements.
