This project will remodel 20,000 square feet of Building 1 for the Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion Campus. The proposed project consists of the following: HAZARDOUS MATERIAL abatement as indicated in the Construction Documents, specifically: Attic floor insulation material. All Ceiling systems, including plaster, lath, paint, tile, and grid. All tile and mastic. Carpet adhesive. Sealants. Lead-based paint.
