Answers to contractor's Requests For Information (RFI) are provided on attachment "RFI Q-A Response 02-26-2026. The Government has updated the language in Section A, Subsection "k" of the Statement of Work (SOW). The applicable SOW for this solicitation is attached and titled "Attachment SOW 02-26-2026." All prior SOW versions are superseded and will not be used for this requirement. There are updates added to the project drawings. SOLICITATION-DESCRIPTION This project will replace several pieces of equipment in the Central Utility Plant that are beyond their serviceable life. This project will also provide catwalk access for existing serviceable equipment that is currently inaccessible in the existing plant configuration. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the construction project to Improve Central Utility Plant in accordance with (IAW) all contract documents.
