INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 7 (NCO 7) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build Temporary Compounding Area (DD Building) Project at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center located at 109 Bee Street Charleston, SC 29401. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete work for project 534-24-902, Temporary Compounding Area (DD Bldg.) per the provided drawings, specifications, and this statement of work.
