This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise an Invitation For Bids (IFB) on Project 506-25-104 East Parking Structure Repairs at the Ann Arbor Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) located in Ann Arbor, MI.
