Z--CHIRICAHUA NATIONAL MONUMENT (CHIR) REQUIRES REPLA

Amendment #1 serves to provide the Government's responses to questions submitted during the Q&A period. Please refer to the attached amendment document for the official Q&A.
-Amendment #1 also include the incorporation of clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as prescribed in the FAR Overhaul dated April 24, 2026. This clause will be included in the contract to ensure compliance with applicable federal procurement policy requirements. This clause was not included in the original solicitation

This amendment does not revise any scheduled close dates.
