BRVB - Entry Courtyard Improvements
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, CONOPS – Central, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Entry Courtyard Improvements project at Brown V Board of Education National Historic the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Park in Topeka, KS. Work consists of improvements to be made within the City of Topeka Right-of-Way (ROW) as well as on NPS property. New entry courtyard concrete paving and stairs in the same layout as the existing configuration, maintaining the historical jointing patterns that currently exist, but with reconfigured longitudinal and cross slopes that are ABA compliant.
