The purpose of AMENDMENT 3 is to provide responses to questions from interested Offerors and incorporate FAR 52.212-2 Addendum, Evaluation -Commercial Products and Commercial Services.  Please refer to soliciatation M0031826Q0006-0003 for further guidance. The purpose of AMENDMENT 1 is to incorporate the 4 option year CLINs. Please refer to solicitation M0031826Q0006-0001 for further guidance. 

This is a non-personal services requirement to provide 15 hours a week for 52 weeks of Youth Ministry Services. The 15 hours per week will be coordinated with the Senior Chaplain upon award of the contract. The Contractor shall provide personnel to establish, implement and maintain a strategy, and comprehensive plan for a Youth Ministry Program for the Chapel located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
