SOLICITATION-DESCRIPTION The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) Outpatient Surgery Department provides podiatry, orthopedic, vascular, ear, nose and throat (ENT), and other outpatient surgery services for veteran patients. These services are rapidly approaching their maximum exam space capacity for patient care and require existing administrative spaces to be converted into examination rooms to meet the growing demands.
