Amendment 0002

The purpose of amendment (0002) is to:

1. Revise the bid opening date from February 5, 2026, to February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM (local time). The bid opening location remains unchanged: Network Contracting Office 10, 3140 Governor's Place Blvd, Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45429.

2. Notify interested parties that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) responses to submitted Requests for Information (RFIs) are currently under development and will be released upon finalization.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the construction tasks required to complete a 93,200 square foot gravel parking lot with 320 spaces. The work will include, but is not limited to, site preparation, grading, gravel installation, and placing parking blocks in parking spaces. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including VA-specific guidelines. The contractor shall maintain a safe work environment and adhere to VA Master Construction Specifications, and OSHA safety standards.
