THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE NOT A SOLICITATION. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT May 13, 2025. The South Texas Veterans Health Care System currently has a requirement for a project to renovate metal building 115. This building suffered fire damage and needs to be repaired. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the construction services required to renovate building 115. This is a pre-engineered metal building.
