Scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace existing flooring, casework, painting, and other tasks associated with the installation of new medical equipment. The drawing reference did not provide information as to the types of finish materials to be provided, is the Contractor required only to match existing finishes? The scope of work is for room F1-201 and the countertop in room F1-203. The finishes shall match what was installed in room F1-205.
