The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision and perform all work necessary to construct approximately 15,000 sf, three level addition to the south of Building 34. Each of the three levels will have a 5,000-sf floor plate. The addition will facilitate support for the endoscopy suite surgical waiting and recovery spaces on the second floor.
