FOSM - Interpretive Overlook Rehabilitation
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Interpretive Overlook Rehabilitation at Fort Smith National Historic Site in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The Work consists of the construction of an outdoor exhibit and river overlook along an existing sidewalk at Fort Smith National Historic Site. The exhibit and overlook consist of approximately 2,000 SF of concrete with a coloring and stain component. The Work also includes the installation of 9 ornamental trees with turfgrass seeding.
