THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, intends to issue a Solicitation to construct a 30¿ x 40¿ Cypress pavilion on a concrete slab with a metal roof. The pavilion will be located within the picnic area of the Andersonville National Historic Site, NPS, located at 496 Cemetery Road, Andersonville, GA 31711.
This procurement will be set-aside for Small Business firms. The NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size of $45,000,000.
