PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System (VAPIHCS), will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide parking passes for employees of the Prince Kuhio Federal Building.
