The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking 11,987 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) / 13,786 ABOA / 18,610 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and medical space in Hagerstown, Maryland. VA will consider existing space that can be built out or renovated to meet all VA requirements, as well as new construction that will be designed and built to meet VA requirements.

An amendment to this solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov containing all questions received by the deadline and the corresponding VA responses. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed or included in the amendment.
