The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of real property to yield a minimum 19,900 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet of contiguous space for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within LaGrange, KY.
