The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of real property to yield 19,500 to19,900 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet of contiguous space for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within Grayson County, KY. A minimum of 130 on-site parking spaces is required, 10 shall be reserved for handicapped parking.
