Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport is soliciting to insulate and lag an outdoor run of copper piping at NUWC Keyport as described in the Statement of Work. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.1, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation.
