Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESDB will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Alongside Aircraft Refueling Services to include managing, maintaining, and operating Government Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facilities and equipment at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
