Amendment 0002 January 23, 2026-

The purpose of this Amendment 00003 is to do the following:

1. Provide additional Questions and Answers that were erroneously not included in the Amendment 0002 attachment.
2. Offerors are advised that David Eccleston has replaced Megan Kelly as the primary POC for this requirement.  Going forward, interested offerors are to include the following individuals on all coorespondence regarding this requirement:

This acquisition is for a World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) National Program Administrator (NPA) Contractor to provide care coordination services for Responders and Survivors living outside the New York Metropolitan Area (NYMA) and assigned to the NPA for treatment.

Under the James Zadroga Health and Compensation Act, "...the WTC Program Administrator shall establish a nationwide network of health care providers to provide monitoring and treatment benefits and initial health evaluations near such individuals’ areas of residence in such States."
