Window Sealant/Caulking removal and replacement at the exterior window system

The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to remove and replace the sealant/ caulking at the exterior window system at one of our office buildings located within American Embassy Compound in Brussels, Belgium.
