Exception is taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0168 for PR 26-00185 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR 5.202(a)(13), exception:

1. Is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
2. Will be made through a means that provides access to the notice of proposed contract action through the GPE.
3. Permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically.
