When submitting your quote, please refer your quote as follows: Quotation Enclosed, PR15282077. 

The submission of the quote should be electronic and sent at BujProcurement@state.gov   

For local vendors,the price must be VAT included and the latter should appear as a separate amount (if applicable) 

Interested vendors should be registered in SAM and should be NDAA 899 compliant on the submission date of the quote. https://sam.gov/content/home  

Please make sure that items need to be direct shipped to Post within 45 days of award.
