NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Wide Range Pump Prototype Fabrication. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Creare LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Wide Range Pump is proprietary to Creare LLC. Creare LLC is the only source that can meet NASA/GSFC specific requirements. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
