The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for the West Dickinson Offloading Platform project. Work includes the construction of a new steel sheet pile offloading platform. The platform provides access to the West Dickinson Island CDF.
