The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue a firm-fixed price (FFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. W9127N26BA003 to meet the requirements of the West Coast Hopper Maintenance Dredging 2026. This dredging project includes work at Humboldt Bay Bar and Entrance (HUM) in California, Coos Bay Entrance (COO) in Oregon, the Mouth of the Columbia River (MCR), the Lower Columbia River (LCR) in Oregon and Washington, and East Sand Island (ESI) in Oregon.
