The purpose of this notification is to provide clarity to the new additional Optional Task 5 from Amendment 0002.  The systems existing Ability to Operate (ATO) is provided by the Government.  If the databases have to transition to PIVOT-H (if Task 5 is exercised), the contractor will have to obtain the new ATO, it will not be transferred.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512, Computer System Design Services. The size standard is $24.5M. The Department intends to award a fixed price, single award Contract as a result of this RFP. The period of performance will consist of one 12-month base year with four 12-month option years.
